Install Palma
Palma comes straight from palmalauncher.com, not from Google Play. This is how to install it on any brand.
On any phone
- Open palmalauncher.com/install and tap Download.
- Open the file when it is in.
- Android asks whether your browser may install apps. Tap Settings, turn on Allow and go back.
- Tap Install. A few seconds later Palma is on your phone.
Samsung
If Auto Blocker is on, it stops every app from outside the store. Turn it off for a moment in Settings › Security and privacy › Auto Blocker, install Palma, then turn it back on. Palma's own updates work fine after that.
Xiaomi, Redmi and POCO
Your phone runs its own security check first and sometimes makes you wait ten seconds. Then tap Install. If it asks you to sign in to a Xiaomi account, you can skip that.
Pixel
Play Protect may not know Palma yet and suggests scanning the app first. That does no harm; after that you install as usual.
OnePlus, Oppo and other brands
Dismissed the question? The switch is usually under Settings › Apps › Special app access › Install unknown apps. Pick your browser and turn on Allow.
