Palma Pro terms

What you buy when you buy Palma Pro, in plain words.

Last updated: 25 October 2026.

Who sells

Palma Launcher is made by Nicky Mitnick, in Spain. Payment goes through Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited). Paddle is the merchant of record: Paddle sells Palma Pro to you, charges the right VAT for your country, sends the invoice and handles the payment. That is why you see Paddle on your receipt and your statement. The Paddle buyer terms also apply to the payment itself.

What you buy

A personal licence for Palma Pro: one code that turns on the Pro parts of Palma. €29.99 once, VAT included. No subscription, nothing that renews by itself.

What is not included

Updates

You get Palma's updates, Pro included, for as long as Palma exists. We want that to be a long time, but we cannot promise it. If Palma ever stops, the version you have keeps working.

Refunds

Within 14 days you get your money back, no questions asked. How that works is on Refunds.

Liability

Palma is made with care, but it is software and things can go wrong. We are not liable for indirect damage, such as lost data or a missed appointment. If we are liable after all, never for more than what you paid for Pro. None of this takes away the rights you always have as a consumer.

Law

Spanish law applies to these terms. If you live in another EU country, you keep the consumer protection that the law of that country gives you. If these terms change, the version from the day you bought applies to your purchase.
